Me and a buddy go around trying new places we haven't ate before. Me being on a no bread diet was a little hesitant and unsure if they would lettuce wrap the burger. Guy taking the order wasnt sure but it didnt stop him from putting in the order. Was the first person to ask for a lettuce wrap burger and they did not disappoint. That freshly made burger hit the spot.

I've never been there but always see the posts on Facebook. I was in salina today for some tests and it was right down the street so I decided to try it out. The food was delicious and the stuff as nice as could be. If you want a good meal go give it a try.

We stumbled by this little cafe by accident and live their food. Chicken noodle soup is delicious. Will continue going back and trying new to us menu items. Breakfast looks good too. Because of construction we parked in the back.

GREAT food and atmosphere! Bruce is the owner and he's there every time I come in. I love that they have daily specials of home-cooked meals. It reminds me so much of my childhood and dinners around the family dining room table. There's nothing artificial about this place! All authentic, American-created comfort food!

This was my second time eating at Corkie's (first time I had a couple of my kids with me and we grabbed lunch was really good). This morning I needed to kill time waiting on a friend during her appointment, so I ran over for breakfast. It was fantastic! I had a full order of biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. One, the price was very reasonable, the portions were huge, the bacon was cooked perfectly, the service was great! The owner is friendly, knows his regulars, but treats those of us who are not, like we are. I highly recommend this diner!

When you first walk in, you order your food at the bar and then pay and find a place to sit. Very good breakfast items available.

Comfortable, friendly staff, and inexpensive yet delicious food settled in a funky town.Editing because I can't figure out how to reply to your question! We really enjoyed walking along Santa Fe Ave and surrounding streets...there were some beautiful buildings and neat shops.

we went there today before the noon hour after a 45 minute wait and customer who came in after us got served so gil went up to check on our order n somehow it got lost in route to the kitchen? 15 later we finally got our food lets just say we all have a bad day n leave it at that.. Commucation is Important Guys.....Just Saynnn.

Great diner, and right down town. Reminds me of my childhood town's diner. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Going to return for a pork tenderloin sandwich and then the hand breaded chicken fried steak the next 2 times we're in Salina. What the heck, it's worth a special trip since both come highly recommended. Thank you for the service.

Just plain old diner food, very clean and friendly.

Corkie's is a great lil diner with daily "blue plate" specials. For example, today I had the special which was chicken fried chicken, green beans, scalloped potatoes, iced tea and served with Texas toast and a cookie! Very good and more food then I could finish. Every day is a different special. I've eaten breakfast here a couple times and never been disappointed. A great little old style diner. You should try it,

I have eaten here 3 times and will not go back any owner who yells at the wait staff for taken a break and eating is not worth my hard earn money. Ever time I go in the owner is very rude and ignorant. Tried the 3rd time knowing that hey people have bad days and he was yelling at his wait staff or cook couldn't really tell. Not worth the added stree of seeing employees abused

Corkies is a great diner. The food is always on point, perfectly portioned and delicious. The service at the counter is happy, personable, engaging and efficient. The table service is attentive but, not overbearing. Clean, well lit and open. The food is priced so reasonable it's like dining back in my childhood with my Dad.

Staff was super friendly. They had regulars and the owner/manager knew their names and got their order ready with out even needing to ask the order. Little slice of hometown love.

This is a typical little cafe in the heart of downtown Salina. The owners are very personable and friendly. They serve breakfast through lunch. Breakfast is basically what you would expect......great bacon, eggs, sausage pancakes, waffles, etc. And lunch is good he cooking fare. Mmm good!

Quaint, comfortable, friendly place to go. Good prices and food. Walk in, order from menu at counter or check out menu at your table. Then go to counter and order. When ready, food is served to you at table. Nice Mom and Pop eatery in historic Lee section of town on Santa Fe.

My experience was FANTASTIC! This was my first visit and I was so impressed with the FOOD the counter service and the servers! Prices are extremely reasonable and the. Portions are BIG!Went with a good friend! Will definitely go back often!Also, and this is of importance to me,the restaurant and restrooms were immaculately CLEAN!

Fresh coffee and iced tea, with delicious home styled comfort food at a price that can’t be beat. The service is informative, prompt and polite. A stomping ground I’m excited to keep coming back to.

My family and I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant today. It was the 1st time we have ever had an opportunity to visit this restaurant. Service was excellent food was cooked perfect and staff was very friendly. I highly recommend that you take an opportunity to go to this restaurant and try their wonderful food and service, it's located downtown in what is promising to be a very up-to-date area.
